Reporting individuals in order to retaliate for interactions and / or issues within or outside of character is not tolerated.

Example:

You are reported by another individual, and you have evidence of this individual breaking certain rules in the past, and you choose to bring this evidence up in the aftermath to retaliate in order to get them in trouble.
