You are not allowed to use your vehicle as a weapon to take the life of another individual without the appropriate initiation or reasoning to do so, pitting vehicles within reasoning is permitted with the appropriate initiation, as well as if you are a member of a law enforcement agency within the policies that are described for that specific agency and / or department.
